Prof. Ali Ahmad Congratulates Engr. Sulaiman Bolakale Kawu Agaka on His Successful Retirement
Prof. Ali Ahmad, former Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly and Professor of Constitutional Law, has extended warm congratulations to Engr. Sulaiman Bolakale Kawu Agaka on the occasion of his hitch-free and well-deserved retirement from active public service, describing him as a distinguished professional and devoted son of Ilorin Emirate.

As a COREN-certified engineer and Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (FNSE), his career reflects technical brilliance fused with patriotic commitment.
Prof. Ahmad praised Engr. Kawu’s impactful tenure at the REA, noting his calm leadership style, ethical standards, and enduring influence on policy implementation—particularly in rural energy access and procurement reforms.
