Prof. Ali Ahmad Celebrates Engr. Otukok Olayinka on Birthday
Prof. Ali Ahmad, former Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly and Professor of Constitutional Law, has extended warm felicitations to Engr. Ibrahim Salihu Olayinka Otukoko, Director of Strategy of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara State, on the occasion of his birthday.
In his goodwill message, Prof. Ahmad described Engr. Otukoko as an exceptional strategist and a record keeper whose track record of service remains unmatched, commending his consistent dedication to excellence and loyalty to the party.
“Engr. Ibrahim Otukoko has over the years distinguished himself, first as Director of Projects to His Excellency, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, President of the 8th National Assembly, and now as our Director of Strategy, where he continues to demonstrate brilliance, innovation, and resilience. His unmatched ability to document, analyze, and chart winning strategies has positioned him as a pillar of strength within our fold,” Prof. Ahmad noted.
He further acknowledged Otukoko’s invaluable role in sustaining unity, building institutional memory, and providing visionary inputs that have continued to energise the PDP in Kwara, stressing that his contributions are both unique and inspiring.
“As you celebrate another year of life and impact, I join your family, friends, and associates in thanking Almighty Allah for preserving you. May this new age usher you into greater wisdom, sound health, and higher accomplishments in the service of our party and humanity,” he added.
Prof. Ahmad prayed for Engr. Otukoko’s continued success and fulfillment in all his endeavours.
