Prof. Ali Ahmad Celebrates Alhaji Isiaka Abdulwahab Oladimeji a.k.a Tawahab Oga-Nla: A Principled Youth Leader and Enterprising Trailblazer
Prof. Ali Ahmad, former Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly and Professor of Constitutional Law, has extolled the virtues of Alhaji Isiaka Abdulwahab Oladimeji, popularly known as Tawahab Oga Nla, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a shining example of youth leadership whose conscience cannot be bought and whose enterprise uplifts the dignity of labour.
In a statement released today, Prof. Ahmad praised Alhaji Abdulwahab Oga-Nla as one of the few young political actors in Kwara who have consistently chosen the path of integrity over convenience, and service over self. He commended his contributions to political awakening among young people, as well as his successful venture into agribusiness through Tawahab Oga-Nla Farms Ltd, a leading meat processing and delivery enterprise operating from Moro Local Government Area.
“Alhaji Isiaka Abdulwahab Oladimeji is a symbol of the kind of youth Kwara needs today—bold in thought, firm in values, and purposeful in action,” Prof. Ahmad stated. “In a political environment where inducement and betrayal are commonplace, he has remained an uncompromising advocate of truth,
justice, and grassroots empowerment.”
Prof. Ahmad noted that Oga-Nla’s entrepreneurial success is not just a personal achievement but a model for sustainable youth involvement in nation-building. Through his business, he has created opportunities, added value to the local economy, and demonstrated that politics and productivity must go hand in hand.
“As he marks another year of life and impact, I pray that Almighty Allah grants him greater wisdom, resilience, and fulfilment in all his endeavours. May his days be long, his dreams fulfilled, and his commitment to truth richly rewarded,” Prof. Ahmad said.
He further urged young people across Kwara State to take a cue from Alhaji Abdulwahab’s life of service, reminding them that meaningful change is driven by those who combine conscience, capacity, and courage.
“Happy Birthday, Tawahab Oga-Nla. You are not just a voice for the future—you are already a leader of consequence. Continue to walk the path of honour.”
