Speaker of the 8th Kwara State House of Assembly, Prof. Ali Ahmad has expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of two PDP chieftains and elderstatesmen in the state, Pa Folorunsho Oladele JP and Alhaji Hanafi Amasa Taylor WoleWole, who passed away recently in Ilorin.
In a statement on Wednesday by the spokesperson for his media office, Steve Makinde, Professor Ali sympathized with the children of the deceased party stakeholders, the people of Balogun Fulani Ward III and Zango Ward communities in Ilorin South and East LGAs, praying for God Almighty to grant them comfort during this difficult moment.
The academia-turned-politician said the duo late elderstatesmen were highly respected for their valuable contributions to their communities whose leadership, community impacts, and advisory roles would be sorely missed.
He,therefore, prayed God Almighty to grant the repose of the souls of the late party leaders and grant them befitting abode in Paradise.
