Speaker of the 8th Kwara State House of Assembly, Prof. Ali Ahmad sends his heartfelt condolences to the family of Alhaji Ahmad Olanrewaju Dasuki Wolewole Alanamu, the Daudu of Egbejila community over the passing of the traditional head.
According to reports, the highly respected community head passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2024, in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital.
In a condolence statement on Thursday by the spokesperson for his media office, Steve Makinde, the academia-turned-politician, commiserate with the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Dr. Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, CFR, the council of Daudus in Ilorin Emirate, and the people of Egbejila community, over the huge loss.
Professor Ali Ahmad notes that the late Alhaji Olanrewaju Dasuki Alanamu was a great asset to the Egbejila community, renowned for his advocacy for community advancement and infrastructural development, adding that his impact will be greatly missed.
While praying for the repose of the soul of the community head, Professor Ali urged the community affected by the sad occurrence to uphold his endearing legacies in the interest of the Egbejila community.
“May Allah accept his return and grant the deceased traditional head in Highest rank in Aljanatil Fridaus,” he prayed.
