PROFESSOR ALI AHMAD CHAMPIONS POLITICAL HARMONISATION IN ILORIN SOUTH
SENATOR SALIU MUSTAPHA, OBG, AND KEY STAKEHOLDERS JOIN THE PUSH FOR A COMMON FRONT AHEAD OF 2027
Professor Ali Ahmad has championed efforts to harmonise the Saraki Political Family with the Senator Turaki-led team in Ilorin South Local Government Area, in an engagement attended by Distinguished Senator Saliu Mustapha, representing Kwara Central, and the 2027 Campaign Director-General, Hon. Omar Bolaji Gambari (OBG).
Also in attendance were Hon. Babatunde Ishola Balogun, Alfa Denbo, Hon. Saka Eletu, PhD, PDP candidate for Ilorin East/South Federal Constituency, Hon. Taiye Alaya, PDP candidate for Ilorin South State Constituency, Alhaji Saka Kutijifu, and Prince Aremu Olota, Alhaji Abdul Lateef Yusuf Olajide popularly known as Shehu Agba 001.
The engagement seeks to strengthen party unity, promote mutual understanding, and build a common front ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking during the meeting, Professor Ali Ahmad emphasised dialogue, cooperation, and collective responsibility, urging party leaders and stakeholders to put aside their differences and prioritise shared political objectives.
The presence of Senator Saliu Mustapha and other prominent stakeholders underscores the importance attached to consultations, reconciliation, and stronger collaboration within the political structure.
Under the rallying slogan “12 BEFORE 1 O’CLOCK,” the engagement reinforces the call for unity, a shared political direction, and collective commitment ahead of 2027.
