ALI AHMAD FOUNDATION REDEEMS FINANCIAL PLEDGE TO SIBGHATALLAHI ISLAMIC SOCIETY, ILORIN, NIGERIA.

The Ali Ahmad Foundation has officially fulfilled its financial pledge of *₦200,000* to the Sibghatallahi Islamic Society of Nigeria, cementing the organization’s dedication to community growth and religious development.

The presentation ceremony marks the formal redemption of a pledge made by the former Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Prof. Ali Ahmad, during the society’s Maolud Nabiy celebration on October 26, 2025, where he served as the Chairman of the Occasion.

The Executive Director of the Ali Ahmad Foundation, Sarafadeen Abdulraheem Esq., presented the cash donation on behalf of the former speaker. The funds were received by the National Missioner of the Sibghatallahi Islamic Society, Shaik Abdulqaudri Al-Imam Jimba.

Speaking during the presentation, Barrister Abdulraheem noted that the gesture underscores Prof. Ali Ahmad’s unyielding commitment to supporting faith-based organizations and initiatives that foster moral rearmament and community cohesion.

Prof. Ali Ahmad believes that leadership is defined by integrity and keeping faith with the people,” Abdulraheem said. “This donation is a continuation of the foundation’s mission to empower institutions that guide our youth and build a morally upright society.”

Upon receiving the donation, Shaik Abdulqaudri Al-Imam Jimba expressed deep appreciation to the foundation and its founder. He lauded Prof. Ahmad for his consistency, noting that it is exemplary for a leader to remember and fulfill promises made at public events long after the curtains fall.

The National Missioner offered prayers for the former Speaker, asking for continued blessings, sound health, and upliftment for his household. He assured the foundation that the funds would be utilized transparently to advance the spiritual and educational goals of the society.

The redemption of this pledge is one of several community-focused interventions driven by the Ali Ahmad Foundation, which continues to make significant strides in education, welfare, and religious harmony across Kwara State. Observers have noted that such institutional support helps non-profit religious organizations maintain their social welfare programs during demanding economic periods.

Thank you.
