Prof. Ali Ahmad, former Speaker of the 8th Kwara State House of Assembly and Professor of Constitutional Law, congratulates Alhaji Ibrahim Tajudeen Ajibola Eleku on the conferment of the Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration (Honoris Causa) by Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, describing the recognition as an affirmation of the intellectual substance inherent in practical achievement.
Prof. Ahmad observes that honorary doctorates, when judiciously conferred, serve a deeper academic function: they recognise individuals whose lived experience, ethical discipline, and sustained contributions have generated knowledge beyond the classroom and value beyond private success. In this context, he notes that Alhaji Eleku’s career in enterprise and philanthropy represents a form of applied scholarship—grounded in problem-solving, institutional building, and social responsibility.
According to Prof. Ahmad, Alhaji Eleku’s record in the private sector reflects a disciplined engagement with risk, innovation, and long-term thinking—qualities that mirror the core concerns of business administration as an academic field.
