Prof. Ali Ahmad Congratulates Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia on the Conferment of Doctorate Degree in Policy and Strategic Studies
“In every generation, there emerge men who redefine commitment to knowledge and leadership — Dr. (Alhaji) Ibrahim Mohammed Ajia stands tall among them,” said Prof. Ali Ahmad, former Speaker of the 8th Kwara State House of Assembly and Professor of Constitutional Law, in his congratulatory statement on the conferment of a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Policy and Strategic Studies on Dr. Ajia by the University of Abuja.
Prof. Ahmad described the achievement as “a well-deserved reflection of Dr. Ajia’s lifelong pursuit of excellence and his belief that leadership must be rooted in knowledge, discipline, and strategic understanding.”
He stated that, “To combine a rigorous doctoral pursuit with your ongoing responsibilities in business, politics, and community service reflects uncommon dedication and resilience. It is a mark of your seriousness of purpose and an inspiration to many young Kwarans who see you as a model of scholarship-driven leadership.”
Prof. Ahmad, himself a proud academic and Ilorin indigene, further noted that Dr. Ajia’s specialization in Policy and Strategic Studies could not have come at a better time, given Nigeria’s pressing need for informed, evidence-based policymaking. “This new academic milestone will no doubt sharpen your already vast experience and broaden your capacity to contribute meaningfully to public policy, governance, and national development,” he added.
He commended the University of Abuja for maintaining high academic standards that continue to produce exceptional graduates who combine intellectual depth with patriotic service, while urging other public leaders to emulate Dr. Ajia’s example of continuous learning and self-improvement.
Prof. Ahmad concluded with prayers for Dr. Ajia’s continued success, saying:
“May Almighty Allah continue to guide you with wisdom, strengthen you with sound health, and crown your efforts with greater accomplishments in your service to humanity and our dear nation.”
